Terms of use

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information and keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Business accounts must belong to a real, registered business and be used only to recruit for genuine vacancies.

2. Individuals

You decide what goes in your profile. Businesses only see it if you give consent and mark yourself as available; you can hide or delete it at any time.

Your name, phone, email and CV are shown to a business only after it unlocks your profile. Information you give must be true and must not belong to someone else.

The CV builder writes your CV from what you type. Check it carefully before using it; you are responsible for its accuracy.

3. Businesses

Use candidate information only to recruit for your own vacancies. Do not sell, share, publish or use it for marketing, and comply with the Personal Data Protection Law and Saudi labour laws.

You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for checking documents, qualifications, references and work permits before hiring.

4. Pre-interviews

Pre-interviews are carried out by the Qayn Alarabia recruitment team. Every pre-interview is recorded with the candidate's consent.

The recording and the written assessment are shared only with the business that requested the interview, only for its hiring decision. They must not be downloaded for other uses, shared or published. Recordings are deleted after 6 months.

Our assessment is a professional opinion, not a guarantee. If a candidate doesn't attend, we try to reschedule once; if that isn't possible, your interview credit is returned.

5. Plans and payments

Plan prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Saudi riyals at USD 1 = SAR 3.75; some items are priced in riyals. 15% VAT is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Moyasar; we never see your full card details.

Flexible plans renew automatically every month to your saved card until you cancel. Yearly plans are paid once for 12 months and can't be cancelled. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

We may change prices or features with at least 30 days' notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Free plans and limits

Free plans have limits (for example daily searches and unlocks for businesses). We may change what free plans include.

7. Acceptable use

Do not create fake profiles, copy or scrape data, use bots, try to break or reverse-engineer the service, share accounts, harass anyone or post unlawful content. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. AI features

The help chat and the CV builder use artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. They do not give legal or financial advice. You can ask for a member of our team in the chat at any time.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep فلتر accurate and available but do not guarantee a job, a hire or uninterrupted service. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will show the date of the latest version on this page and notify you of important changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction.
