Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Individuals: name, phone, email, date of birth, nationality and iqama transferability, city, job preferences, education, experience, expected salary, languages, driving licence, your CV, and anything you type into the CV builder.

Businesses: company name, commercial registration, contact person and contact details.

Activity: profile views, searches, shortlists, unlocks, pre-interview requests, interview recordings and assessments, and support chats.

Payments: order records, card brand and last 4 digits, and a payment token from Moyasar for automatic renewals. We never receive or store full card numbers.

2. Why we use it

To run the service: show your profile to businesses (only with your consent), match candidates, send notifications, run pre-interviews, build CVs, take payments and issue invoices, answer support requests, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal data and do not show advertising.

3. Who can see it

Businesses see a candidate's profile without contact details. Name, phone, email and CV are shown only to a business that unlocks the profile. Interview recordings and assessments are shown only to the business that requested them.

Service providers who process data for us: Supabase (database and file storage, Frankfurt, EU), Vercel (website hosting), Moyasar (payments, Saudi Arabia), and Anthropic (AI for the help chat and CV builder). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some providers store or process data outside the Kingdom (the EU and the USA). We transfer only what is needed, under the PDPL transfer rules and with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Account data: while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you delete it. Interview recordings: 6 months. Support chats: 12 months. Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to know what we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent (for example by hiding your profile). Write to us in the help chat or at the email above; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security and cookies

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, CVs are stored privately and opened with short-lived links, and access inside our team is limited.

We use only essential cookies and browser storage (signing in and your language choice). No advertising or tracking cookies.

We will post any changes here with the date of the latest version.
