Refund policy

1. Flexible monthly plans

Cancel any time from your dashboard → Plan → "Cancel renewal". You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for and won't be charged again.

The current month is not refunded. If an automatic renewal charged you and you contact us within 3 days without having used the plan's paid features since the renewal, we refund that renewal.

2. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are paid once for 12 months at a discount. They can't be cancelled and are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

3. Extra contact unlocks

Unlock packs never expire. A pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of its unlocks have been used.

4. Pre-interviews (SAR 150 each)

Cancel a request before it is scheduled and the interview credit goes back to your account.

Unused interview credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If the candidate doesn't attend and can't be rescheduled, the credit is returned. Once an interview has taken place it is not refundable.

5. CV builder (SAR 1)

Not refundable once your first CV version has been built. If a technical problem stops you building it, we restore your versions or refund you.

6. Payment errors

Charged twice, or charged without your purchase being activated? We refund the wrong charge in full.

7. How to ask for a refund

Message us in the help chat (choose "Talk to a person") or email Info@qaynarabia.com with the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds are sent within 5 working days to the original payment method through Moyasar; your bank may take another 5–14 days to show it.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under Saudi law.
